Inventory Manager

An Inventory Manager’s duties include overseeing all products and equipment, maintaining (or potentially creating) an organized system of item directory. Scanning barcodes and ensuring amounts and products match up will inevitably be a big part of this system. An Inventory Manager regulates how products and equipment enter and exit the office’s stockroom facility.


  • Record keeping and logging

  • Tracking devices, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock

  • Finding and reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records

  • Execute employee distribution systems

  • Submit reports to administrative team

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience in inventory management

  • Excellent math and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Full Time Availability and extended hours if needed

  • High school diploma/GED required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
