After extensive training, a Branch Manager ensures to appease client needs, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to raise customer pools for clients, expand their customer traffic and optimize profitability

  • Surpass sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

  • Oversee branch administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

  • Maintain office condition and visual merchandising standards

  • Market research projects for client expansion

  • Some travel

  • Handle all issues that may arise from staff and/or customers

  • Lead by example

  • Customer management skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
