Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will assist multiple departments on behalf of the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in sales and administrative operations and delegate responsibilities to high performing Account Managers when needed

  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance

  • Assist with branch weekly budgeting

  • Assist accounting with payroll

  • Monitor inventory with Inventory Manager

  • Event planning and coordinating

  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make logistical decisions to improve numbers

Requirements and Skills

  • Professionalism

  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Leadership and small-scale management skills

  • Commercial awareness

  • HS Diploma/GED

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
